SW Accountants & Advisors has been recognised by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) as No. 3 in Accounting and Professional Services and No. 5 Top Graduate Employer across all industries (medium program).
CEO Duane Rogers said, “This recognition matters because it comes directly from our graduates. It reflects the care, time and commitment our people put into supporting early careers every day, and the environment our teams have built to help graduates grow, learn and build long‑term careers at SW.”
The rankings are based solely on graduate feedback from more than 3,200 survey responses, providing a direct measure of graduate experience and support.
