The Beaton Client Choice Awards are based entirely on independent research and direct client feedback, providing an objective measure of client experience, trust, and service delivery.

Each year, Beaton Research + Consulting conducts a comprehensive market study of senior decision‑makers and service users, capturing up to 190 data points per respondent to assess client experience, trust, and performance.
