Developed in‑house by a great collaboration between SW’s Marketing and People & Culture teams, the campaign reimagined the firm’s ‘Australia’s Best Kept Accounting Secret’ platform into a graduate-focused story celebrating curiosity, choice, and exploration. Brought to life by Liron Rapoport, Early Careers Consultant, and supported by SW’s graduates, who shared their authentic stories and ideas throughout the process, helping shape a campaign that reflects SW’s values and showcases that the firm has a dynamic and inclusive culture where graduates can design their own career paths.

The AGRIAs recognise excellence and innovation in graduate recruitment and employer branding nationwide. SW’s win underscores its commitment to creating meaningful, impactful experiences for future talent – and to helping the next generation of professionals truly discover endless possibilities.
