]]> I am a leader in SW’s national transfer pricing practice, with more than 17 years of specialist experience assisting multinational enterprises with transfer pricing compliance and advisory matters. Fluent in English and Mandarin, I spent nine years working at Big Four firms in China, based in Shanghai, and Australia, based in Perth and Melbourne.

During my career, I have delivered transfer pricing training to Chinese tax authorities. I have extensive experience in critical assignments, including unilateral and multilateral advance pricing arrangements, transfer pricing audit defence and risk reviews, supply chain optimisation, and global documentation.

I advise clients on all aspects of inbound and outbound cross-border related-party dealings, including financing arrangements, services, transfers of tangible and intangible property, and business restructures. My transfer pricing knowledge spans complex international tax matters and benefits clients across a broad range of industries. I am committed to delivering practical, professional services that meet my clients’ commercial needs.

I am a regular presenter at SW’s Mandarin and English tax update seminars and webinars. I also produce a Mandarin-language transfer pricing series on WeChat, which has established a strong reputation within Australia’s Chinese business community.
