SW Accountants & Advisors strengthens Assurance & Advisory capability with three Partner appointments

SW Accountants & Advisors (SW) has announced three senior appointments to its Assurance & Advisory division effective 1 July 2026.
Rondy Cheng has been appointed to the partnership, recognising his significant contribution to the firm over almost 10 years. Adam Christou and Anthony Hodgkinson join SW from Protiviti, a globally recognised consulting firm specialising in risk, internal audit, and advisory services.
SW's Assurance and Advisory division provides services to a broad client base including ASX-listed companies, multinational organisations, government bodies, and large private groups across Australia and internationally. These appointments further strengthen the division's ability to deliver specialist services across audit, internal audit, risk advisory, and financial crime.

Rondy Cheng – Audit & Assurance
Rondy has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality audit services and developing long-term client relationships. He plays a key role in SW's China market capability, supporting strategic cross-border clients, and strengthening the firm's position across Sydney, Brisbane, and the broader Asia corridor. His experience across multinational and listed environments supports the firm's continued growth in key markets.
Adam Christou – Internal Audit & Risk Advisory
Adam joins from Protiviti as a highly experienced risk and internal audit leader with over 20 years' experience across Australia and internationally. He has worked extensively across energy, infrastructure, financial services, and government, with deep experience engaging with executive teams and boards. His appointment supports the development of a coordinated national internal audit offering and strengthens the firm's governance, risk, and assurance capabilities.
Anthony Hodgkinson – Forensic & Financial Crime
Anthony joins from Protiviti with over 30 years' experience in forensic and financial crime services across government, corporate, and international environments. He has led complex investigations and advisory engagements across fraud, corruption, AML/CTF, and regulatory compliance, including work across Asia-Pacific. His appointment establishes a new specialist capability for SW, responding to increasing regulatory focus and client demand in financial crime and forensic services.
