Vikas has extensive experience in senior corporate finance and valuation roles in several major accounting firms, working across privately held and listed businesses from a broad range of industries including infrastructure, financial services, professional services, retail and distribution, consumer goods and services, manufacturing, industrial, resources, technology and agriculture.

A respected industry expert with experience in Australia and India, Vikas specialises in producing independent expert reports including requirements for ASX listing rules and Corps Act, and valuations of businesses, intangible assets and complex financial instruments for transactions, disputes, taxation, accounting and strategic purposes. He also provides advice, due diligence and financial modelling services to businesses in relation to M&A, divestment and capital raising transactions.
