Over the past 20 years, I have held roles in investment banking, credit, and professional services, with a focus on providing valuation and mergers and acquisitions advisory services. I have assisted privately held and listed businesses across a range of industries, including technology, infrastructure, financial services, professional services, retail and distribution, consumer goods and services, manufacturing, industrials, resources, and agriculture. I previously worked in the corporate finance and valuation divisions of PKF, PPB Advisory, Pitcher Partners, and EY.
I have advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions through valuation, lead advisory, and transaction due diligence roles.
I have significant experience preparing independent valuations of businesses, intangible assets, and complex financial instruments for transaction, dispute, taxation, accounting, and strategic purposes. I have also prepared numerous independent expert reports required under the ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act.
