Every year, you receive two additional paid leave days known as SW Days!

Offering matched time

Sometimes clients and deadlines require additional hours, so we recognise your efforts by giving this time back in Annual Leave.

Progressive parental leave policy

Our newly revised parental leave policy provides 18 weeks paid parental leave for Primary Carer, and 3 weeks for Secondary Carer.

We also pay superannuation on the unpaid component of Parental Leave for up to 34 weeks, and provide the option for the Secondary Carer to transition into the Primary Carer role.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The last few years have provided many challenges and we understand the importance of supporting positive mental health.

Our EAP provides counselling and support service for our people and their immediate family, free of charge.

Prioritising giving back: the Co2 committee raises awareness and support for targeted charities that we partner with.
