Paid parental leave

18 weeks paid parental leave for Primary Carer, and 3 weeks for Secondary Carer. We also pay superannuation on the unpaid component of Parental Leave for up to 34 weeks, and provide the option for the Secondary Carer to transition into the Primary Carer role.
