Our major brand awareness campaign, launched in October 2023, is designed to help you understand more about our purpose, our culture and what we offer to both our clients and our people. Over the years, we have had both clients and staff describe us as a ‘best kept secret’. We see this as a testament to the long-standing relationships we have built with many of our clients, that has extended over decades and even generations, and highlights the trust they place in us.

Businesses evolve all the time, and at SW Accountants & Advisors we are no different. We have been operating in Australia since 1935 and during that time, the original partner group has changed names and even international networks, all in an effort to provide greater value to our clients, and opportunities for our team members. In 2021 we globally rebranded from ShineWing to SW – yet another nod to support the global aspirations of the network.

As an Australian-owned and operated business, we have grown to 400 people, located across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. With 45 partners, we are a fully-integrated firm that was ranked #22 in the 2025 AFR Top 100 Firms; of all accounting ‘national’ practices that are financially integrated we are ranked 9th.

Hayley is a Partner and leader of the Assurance and Advisory Division. She was the previous Head of Audit Quality and Risk for the National practice. She has over 16 years’ experience and takes a proactive approach to working collaboratively with her clients to create solutions that deliver real value.

Hayley works with a diverse portfolio of clients from listed companies to large proprietary companies. Her expertise means that she has an understanding of the trends and regulatory changes affecting a range of different sectors. She leverages this knowledge on every engagement, assisting her clients to make strategic and commercial decisions with confidence.

She takes pride in keeping her clients informed at every step of an assurance process. A testament to her passion and expertise in the technical aspects of auditing and accounting is her appointment to the Education Board of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.

Hayley’s experience includes:

Duane was appointed CEO following six years as both a Partner and the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, where he supported a successful growth agenda and led the firm through the global pandemic.

Prior to joining SW, Duane Rogers was an Audit and Assurance Partner for one of Australia’s leading mid-tier firms. A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 14 years’ of audit and assurance experience, Duane has advised clients across a broad range of industries including financial services, energy and resources and property.
