I am a Partner in SW’s Audit and Assurance practice and a Registered Company Auditor, with more than 20 years’ experience advising listed companies, multinational groups, and China-linked businesses operating across Australia, Hong Kong, and China.
My experience includes leading audits of ASX- and HKEX-listed entities, Australian subsidiaries of Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs), China-linked corporate groups, and privately owned Australian businesses. I work across a range of industries, including energy and resources, real estate, retail, manufacturing, and other commercial sectors.
Before joining SW, I worked in external audit with a Big Four firm in Sydney and Hong Kong. I also gained internal audit experience in the banking sector in Hong Kong. This combination of external and internal audit experience has given me strong technical expertise, commercial insight, and an international perspective.
I specialise in helping businesses navigate the complexities of operating across multiple jurisdictions, particularly Australia, Hong Kong, and China. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, I work closely with management teams, Boards, and audit committees to address accounting, governance, regulatory, and financial reporting challenges.
I believe effective audit and assurance services should go beyond compliance. By taking the time to understand each client’s business, objectives, and risks, I focus on delivering practical, high-quality assurance services that provide clarity, build confidence, support better decision-making, and contribute to long-term growth.
