Our people share their stories

Hear real experiences from our people who started at SW as an undergraduate and are at different points in their career.

Taylah Cooke, Manager, Business & Private Client Advisory

“My journey starting as a co-op (undergraduate) student in 2018 to now as a Manager, is a testament to the opportunities available at SW. Each stage of my professional career has been met with opportunities ready to be seized. From completing my university degree with industry experience, to obtaining my CA accreditation as a graduate, and now being given the chance to develop my managerial skills through training and mentoring from my peers. These invaluable experiences are shaping my professional growth and allowing me to contribute to my team whilst also making a difference for our clients.”

Caitlin Money, Assistant Manager, Business & Private Client Advisory

“In my time at SW, the culture within my team and the wider firm has always been incredibly supportive and motivating. I started my career as a Co-Operative (undergraduate) and was provided with an excellent learning & development program, giving me skills in business development and technical expertise. Through these new skills, the mentoring provided by my team members and a variety of client opportunities, I have since been able to progress to an Assistant Manager, where I am still encouraged to continue growing and learning.”
