John has over 20 years’ experience working with a broad range of businesses and specialises in assisting SME’s and larger private family groups transitioning intergenerational control, developing growth plans and transitioning to an IPO.
He is dedicated to creating business efficiencies and improve profitability and value through for his clients through the development of bespoke systems, reporting processes, dashboards and data management.
John is passionate about working with sporting organisations, franchise businesses, large family businesses, mining services and health service businesses including private hospitals, pharmacies and medical practices.

John is often called upon by groups in the franchise sector to present his in-depth knowledge and insights at conferences and other franchise-related events. He utilises his system development skills within the franchise sector by developing new franchise systems and building reporting processes so that franchisors and franchisees alike can better manage their businesses.
Along with reporting, John also conducts solvency and marketing fund audits, and ensures businesses are complying with the latest requirements of the Franchising Code of Conduct.
John has been providing assurance services as a Greenhouse and Energy Auditor since 2012. He is registered under the Australian Government Clean Energy Regulator, Greenhouse and Energy Auditor (Category 2) under 75A of the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 (registration No: 0152/2012).
