I have extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring, tax consolidation, and cross-border financing across a range of industries, including natural resources, property, and agriculture.
I advise a wide range of clients, including state-owned entities, publicly listed groups, and privately owned entities.
I am fluent in English and Mandarin.

- providing strategic tax advice and solutions to Australian and international businesses
- advising on international tax structuring and conducting tax due diligence for inbound and outbound acquisitions
- providing tax advice and liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on complex matters, including tax consolidation, thin capitalisation, tax loss recoupment, capital gains tax, and withholding taxes
- managing Australian tax compliance and tax-effect accounting
- presenting regularly on Australian and international tax developments.
