I have more than 40 years of experience in public practice and extensive expertise in Business and Client Advisory. I was the Managing Partner of my previous firm, which merged with SW in March 2025. Within that practice, I led the Business Services unit, specialising in taxation for SMEs.
My specialist areas include business structuring, capital gains tax, small business concessions, superannuation, management accounting, and all levels of tax legislation affecting small and medium-sized businesses. I also advise on business transactions, including business and share sales, mergers, and commercial disputes.
With more than four decades of experience, I have developed the ability to provide practical solutions to the challenges businesses face. My deep business acumen and commercial skills enable me to guide businesses through a wide range of situations. I interpret complex tax and commercial issues and explain them clearly, enabling my clients to make informed decisions about their financial affairs.
I have extensive experience across a wide range of industries, including professional and financial services, manufacturing, clothing and retail, building, construction and maintenance, software and IT, and advertising and media.
I am a Partner of SW Audit and a Director of SW Accountants & Advisors Pty Ltd.
