I am the CEO of SW Accountants & Advisors. I lead the development and implementation of the firm’s strategy and am responsible for integrating all firm operations. I oversee the Executive Committee, which is responsible for implementing the firm’s strategic priorities, business plans, and workplace strategies.
I was appointed CEO after six years as both a Partner and the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. During that time, I supported a successful growth agenda and led the firm through the global pandemic.
Prior to joining SW, I was an Audit and Assurance Partner at one of Australia’s leading mid-market firms. As a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 14 years of audit and assurance experience, I have advised clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, energy and resources, and property.
I am a Partner of SW Audit and a Director of SW Accountants & Advisors Pty Ltd.
